In the image above is a 4 x 9 feet and one of the largest paintings I have hand painted to date.

I have many photos with top athletes with this mural from Mickey Munoz one of the crew that paved the way with surfing in California and the islands.  Kelly Slater 11 time world champion to world record breath hold free diver Stig Severisen and many more all awesome inspiring humans.

I have learned by doing the work consistently with surfing, shaping and painting and the importance health and fitness and nutrition🗝

I have grown through  many phases of vitamins and juicing and I have learned through trial and error  pros and cons of each and the time and money of each one.

I have learned to simplify how to get a solid daily vine ripened Whole Foods foundation that bridges  all the nutritional gaps of what I don’t eat every day.

I have healed through serious injuries with nutrition alone, and I have learned the hard way and the optimum way to recover and repair the body and the prevention for the marathon of life.

What I am sharing with you I am learning and continue to learn daily through experience on many levels and hours of research and lectures and I am very confident because everything I am sharing is back by clinical research and results.

Would you like to learn what I have learned and take you health and energy to the next level? Simply email cboards,com@gmail.com or for phone evaluation call 949-370-5807.

I look forward to sharing what I have learned and what I know will help you with recovery-repair and prevention.
