The power of breathing tips by Paul Carter

The power of breathing is life changing on many levels and proper breathing is key.


I have been into many sports from childhood to adulthood and knowing the importants of breathing in the nose for more oxygen etc.  

Here is a short overview of what happens between nose breathing and mouth breathing in the nose  and the effects that happen in the bodies nervous system and chemistry.
I think it’s safe to say most people breathe in the mouth the majority of the day not realizing the strain  that happens over time and you add in exercising the body is on overdrive on adrenaline if not breathing properly in the nose consistently.
