It is so important to learn how to stay present. Having a breathing, meditation is a powerful way to keep the nervous system in the parasympathetic mode, not the sympathetic mode.
The first is in the adrenaline, cortisol anxiety mode. The second is in the calm dopamine, serotonin relaxed mode, but alert.
I am reminded the importance of having healthy boundaries to protect one’s heart, mind, spirit, body and soul.
We all have conditioning of some sort. Is it positive or negative? Are you willing to face the fears and communicate them and let them go?
No one can do this for ourselves only we can make that choice. To either repeat the same unhealthy patterns, and simply go forward or face them and communicate them with self respect and respect for others to grow forward from the inside out.
If you constantly need validation or approval from social media or people. This is a serious conditioned insecurity issue.
This pattern comes from ego, which is always looking for outside in approval and is based on one’s insecurities.
This is a newly shaped 9 foot board by 22 3/4 wide. This board will be a thruster set up. With the option of a twin fin as well. I like to use the large fin templates for my shortboards and mid range boards.
This is a small cutting board that was left behind at the beach. I decided to sand it and create an inspired piece of artwork. This is an original sketch using paint pens. I like the wood burned look .
I decided to donate this along with three other original pieces of art to the San Onofre Surfing club family day and luau on July 12.
This is a beautiful, mixed colored bird that stops by my vehicle, and reminds me the importance of staying present and learn and let go and grow. Here is a custom hand painted fin. I use this on the longer boards, and I like to have the front screw for more options..
