Staying grounded through the dreams and distractions by San Clemente surfboards & art Paul Carter

Staying grounded through the dreams and distractions.

A fresh bag or organic oranges last pick before it’s too late.  With the heat wave most fruits and veggies are getting ripe fast.

Staying grounded can be achieved through, simply putting our bare feet on the Earth.
Of course, going surfing or jumping in the water or even touching the trees is one of many options to keep grounded.
We are walking energy beings , and a simple example is static electricity when we get shocked through clothing, and simply touching metal and many other objects.

Staying and getting grounded is very important. It is as important as learning to breathe properly. To learn how to self regulate through meditation and breathing techniques.
Chanting is another form of meditation which has been around for thousands of years.

Eating healthy, organic fruits, and vegetables and foods is very important on many levels.  I am reminded the importance of learning through research at the same time giving your mind spirit, body and soul time in silence and solitude to process what is important and what is not.
I like to have a morning practice for 30 to 60m Daily. They can be a half a day or a full day once or twice a week. It all depends on the individual and how they process information.
Having a healthy gratitude, prayer and positive intentions and self talk daily is very important.
Here are some fresh cherry tomatoes. These and the oranges were gifted to me by two good friends, which I am grateful..
