Staying present is key. Having the awareness of one’s thoughts, feelings, and emotions is where the breaking of the condition chains begins.

I am finding that simplicity is key, especially this with endless amounts of noise and information and distractions.
We are each conditioned through our ancestors through our upbringing through the books we read the TV and social media the talking you get my point..
