In this photo I am holding one of 6 paintings I completed in a one month time frame in January 2017.
It was a time of change mentally, spiritually, nutritionally, and physically and literally working through and letting go of the many layers of conditioning we all have in one form or another.
Learning that I am not an island and the importance of having healthy daily habits amd having trusting friends to listen and share and learn from one another, to lift each other up is very important🗝
I am consistently and continually learning through my daily healthy habits and the rituals to not only maintain my health and well-being and lifestyle also to grow each day by taking the steps by learning by doing the work.

| In this photo of the beautifal Dana Point strands beach it was a overcast cloudy morning. I was inspired to add a strong looking wave to the photo, giving it a unique look of the power of waves. I created the wave using a digital application using my finger to draw and paint with the colors available. As you see I left a little extra blue to show the difference between the colors of nature and the digital colors.  |
