 Today is the 26 of July 2023.11:15am.

I am reminded of the importance of breaking down boxes in the brain and in life.  

I am at one of the local state parks, and i watched three different people throw boxes in the trash can without breaking them down.  So is it lack of logic or is it laziness or is it selfishness?

I am reminded the importance of breaking down the boxes in the brain, just as a trashcan will get filled up, even quicker with boxes that are not broken down the brain will do the same.

Each and everyone of us is conditioned from childhood through adulthood through social media through movies through family through friends. Keep the good and eliminate  the bad.

When one pushes and forces situations and outcomes in relationships or businesses or business from my experience it might work for a year or five years or 10 years or 20 years however, long it takes for one to wake up with the awareness and logic of really what’s important in one’s life.

So this metaphor of breaking down boxes in the brain applies to the physical side as well.  So ask yourself how many boxes of stuff do you have in your brain and in your life and your house that you want to clean out and donate, sell or give to those you think will you is it.

Here is a small insight of a book I am inspired to create.

Once upon a time there lived a boy wise before his time.  He lived his youth in solitude and learned the meaning of gratitude. 

Discipline training through art by #paulcarterart

Art is a training through discipline.

I am reminded more and more with each new piece of art. I am inspired to create.

The reminders are the daily discipline the positive choices, the healthy priorities, the healthy reminders and the healthy boundaries in every area of one’s life.

I like to recycle material when possible, using wood old surfboard fins, cardboard, food boxes.

The first image is the rough draft of the inspired art.

I am using Poska paint pens, which makes things a little simpler to get the details.

 

Acting on the inspiration is one thing acting with discipline by choice is training each is empowering.

I have logged out of my Instagram and Facebook account in the last few months and the first week or two. I found myself wanting to check in and post get the Dopamine fix and compare. 

All of these thoughts most through the subconscious mind learn through the subliminal addiction of social media and conditioning .

Everyone does it whether you realize it or not.

Some of the empowering realities are less distractions, which intern creates more focus more clarity and a lot more energy in many areas of my life.

 I will be focused more on my website/blog page and YouTube for the time being.

Custom painted native life art positive reminders by Paul Carter

Once upon a time there lived a tribe of native Indians.

Paulcarterart 

Imagine a time before electricity before phones before cars before cell phones before the Internet before social media, imagine.

Imagine, living off the land for your shelter for food and water everything to live and not just survive but thrive. 

I am reminded often the importance of positive intentions and uplifting conversations.

What are your healthy priorities?  Are you aware of the positive and negative conditioning in your mind?

Do you have healthy habits and rituals to maintain your health happiness, and the priorities of wealth?

As I write these words I’m reminded that you will read them and perceive them in your own mind positive or negative.

I like to focus on the good the positive thoughts, positive words, and the positive people that speak the truth with positive intentions.

Each and everyone of us has layers upon layers of conditioning, and the key is to recognize the negative conditioning the patterns that one will repeat stuck in the mental and chemical reactions of thinking, and the drama, which is a drug in itself.

I have learned and continue to learn by doing daily, through exercise through surfing, and more importantly, the mind spirit and body to self regulate to train my mind how to stay present and get present through proper breathing and meditation.

When I mention breathing or meditation, it takes consistent training to learn the power of the mind and body through both.

It doesn’t mean that one has to sit for 2 to 3 hours a day to learn.

 Learning to self regulate without drugs or alcohol, is pure freedom each has there many drawbacks and ultimately ask yourself. Do you want to have a clear mind and body, or rely on drugs and alcohol and wake up ties and in a fog daily.

Imagine, breaking the chains of the layers of conditioned lies one day at a time to the point to where you wake up happier and healthier and yes, we all wake up sometimes with negative thoughts but that changes over time when one disconnects from the distractions of social media and people and TV and places and let the mind have time to process and get presents with more peace overtime it does get stronger

I will be writing more blogs, and for the time being taking a break on social media.

Final words are keep cleaning house, mentally spiritually, physically of all of the stuff that is no longer useful in your life.

So donate sell giveaway, the stuff and minimize the stuff in your life for more positive energy and space.

I often think about the way the native Indians lived in this area and throughout the United States.

Each member of the tribe has their specialties or work that is necessary for the whole of the tribe.

The first painting is a combination of the parts of my travels around the world, with my perception perspective of the life I would like to live.

Imagine a time before the Internet before cell phones before cars before electricity.

There are those that are living off of the land, both native, and people of all walks of life that are living, a simple, minimal healthy lifestyle, which I have much respect for.

This painting is the first process I’ve laying all of the ideas out, adding the sky and the ocean colors And the islands.

This is using paint pens on a 11 x 14 canvas board.

The shelters are made from the trees as are the teepees from the animals. Everything is used and prayed over with gratitude and thankfulness.

Imagine living off of the land and having to migrate through the seasons, depending on where you lived on the planet.

So with that in mind, the tribe and each individual had to carry what they could from one place to another.

The migrations might be 3 miles to 10 to 20 to 30 miles apart.

Yeah, a couple of hand-painted fans recently sold and now hanging on the wall in a home, thanks guys. 

 Here’s another inspired painting of the native lifestyle.

I am asked I about painting waves, and in the meaning behind them.

Waves remind me of change. The change of the seasons, the change of ones old conditioning, that no longer serves one self in a positive way.

The waves of change is why I titled the first and second edition coloring books that happen on a daily basis.
