Positive life reminders by Paul Carter

The journey continues from the inside out.

Creating original art by being present is a test and a exercise for me to stay in the moment and create with an open mind.

The mind and body are very powerful and to learn by doing is the journey I have been on most of life.
Be present-drawing by Paul Carter 4-2019

I have been on a journey to learn about the conscious mind and the subconscious mind and what separates them and how does one break through the many layers of conditioning that is pasted on from generation to generation both positive and negative without even realizing it.

I have broken through many layers of co-dependencies from mental to physical and spiritual and the journey continues.

Keep in mind codependency comes in many forms from caffeine to sugar to drugs to alcohol to sex to sugar to relationships to sports to exercising to work, you get the idea.

Its not about being perfect or ego or money or stuff the house the cars etc.

It's about learning by doing and truly getting to know thyself from the inside out, and facing the conditioned lies of fear.

I have learned from surfing to running to riding bikes both road and mountain bikes and many more in between.

I am not sharing this info not to boost my ego or to make myself feel better.   I am sharing what I have learned and continue to learn with positive intentions to inspire or spark something in you.

Most people don't breathe properly let alone know what chemicals actually get activated when nose and mouth breathing and that is one of the many tools I have learned and continue to learn.

So you see at the beginning of this art drawing journey in bold letters I started with -Be Present- and if I and we are not present in the moment then we are in the past in survival mode which is stress which is conditioning.

Having healthy boundaries for your health and well  being is very important for many reasons and being aware of the energy of others and intentions is something that I am very attuned to and have come trust it and not dismiss it or not belive it anymore because it is real and true.

So with that being said pace yourself and remember life is not a sprint it is a marathon.

To be continued and thank you for checking out the latest.

Abstract art writing painting journey by Paul Carter

A abstract painting from the past to the present,  a journey of clearing the mind and sitting down and writing out all the old conditioned thoughts into all the positives in and around me.

When you look at the painting you will see the small pieces of paper that I cut up and pasted them onto the white canvas then painted over them.

When I first started doing these mind cleansing writings around 2010-11 the first 3 to 4 sessions were an emotional journey of releasing many layers of the negative conditioning that we all have one layer or another.

(Waves of change)

Keep in mind when or if you decide to do this process it is between you and God and the universe or whoever you believe in and is for your eyes only, unless you choose otherwise.

The first two or three I shredded and burned the writings to release and let go of the old stuff, it's your choice.

In closing in this painting it was the beginning of all of the positive thoughts and words.  I was inspired to paint this wave recently in the month of 10-2017
